Where do you ship?

Across Nigeria. Lagos is fastest (1–3 working days). South-West states are 3–5 days. Other states are 5–10 days. We can ship internationally on request — write to us first.

How are shipping rates calculated?

We use a flat per-tier rate set in admin: Lagos, South-West (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti), and other states. The rate is shown at checkout once you pick a state.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If your order hasn't been dispatched, yes — reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it. Made-to-order interior pieces (chairs, tables) can't be cancelled once we've cut wood for them.

Do you take cash on delivery?

Not at the moment. We accept card, bank transfer, and USSD through Paystack. WhatsApp orders can settle by bank transfer if that's easier.

Are your fragrances eau de parfum or eau de toilette?

Accepted Answer

Eau de parfum, around 18–22% concentration depending on the composition. Wear time is generally 6–10 hours.

Are they made in Nigeria?

Yes. We blend and bottle by hand in Lagos. Some materials (citruses, certain woods) are imported because the climate they want isn't ours.

Do you offer samples?

Can fragrances be returned?

Accepted Answer

Sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days. Once a bottle is unsealed it can't be re-sold, so we can't accept it back unless it arrived damaged.

How does the design service work?

Send us a note via the design form. We schedule a consultation (in person or video), look at the space, and propose a concept. From there we move to sourcing, fabrication, and install. Everything is quoted up-front; no surprise line items.

Do you only work in Lagos?

Accepted Answer

Lagos primarily, with full install. We take projects in other Nigerian cities case-by-case — let us know where and we'll be honest about whether we can do it justice.

How long does a typical project take?

A single room is usually 6–10 weeks from brief to install. A full home is 3–6 months. Made-to-order furniture sets the pace; we won't rush a piece we wouldn't buy ourselves.

Is there a minimum project size?

Accepted Answer

No. We've done a single reading nook and a 5-bed home. The minimum is being interested in the room more than the photo of it.

What's your returns policy?

Unworn, unused, in original packaging within 14 days. Some exceptions apply (see Shipping & returns below).

Something arrived damaged.

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your call.

How should I care for the furniture?

Accepted Answer

Wood pieces: dust with a soft cloth, oil twice a year. Cane: avoid direct sun and damp. We send a care card with every interior piece.
